Kampala socialite Brian Kirumira alias Bryan White could be arrested before end of this COVID-19 lockdown over car debts.
Bryan White who is struggling to live a flamboyant life is reportedly indebted to a tune of about Shs1bn in unpaid car deals.
According to an insider, Bryan White some time back got a posh Mercedes Benz G-Wagon from a businessman a one Alex Biyenda and only paid less than $100,000 of over $250,000. Since then, Bryan White has been playing hide and seek and failed to clear over Shs700m required by Biyenda who has since then lost his patience and is finalizing plans to arrest Bryan White and impound the monster luxurious car.
This latest info comes barely a week after Bryan White was seen on social media offering to bail out singer Jose Chameleone whose Toyota VX had been impounded by Uganda Revenue Authority (URA) over taxes.
Sources say that Bryan White is simply playing to the gallery and that he is so broke to the bone marrow. Apparently, he has been blocked from accessing State House after intelligence reached President Museveni that Bryan White was simply a crook who wanted to defraud him in guise of mobilizing for the NRM Party.
In November last year, police officers accompanied by court bailiffs broke into Bryan White’s house in Buziga after the self-proclaimed tycoon refused to open the gate. Court brokers impounded a fleet of his posh cars and furniture which he allegedly acquired on credit. Bryan White is said to have picked billions of shillings from money lenders which he used to buy posh cars and expensive furniture for his rented house in Buziga.
Apparently, Bryan White also faces eviction from the Buziga home which belongs to Emmanuel Katongole, the chairman of Quality Chemicals Limited after he defaulted on rent payment for over one year.
