As the country strategizes to upgrade to a second world nation, so are businessmen in the housing sector for technology inclusion in every aspect of living.

The 3rd edition of homes and property expo has attracted gathers of families to experience and explore new innovations in regards to home and construction facilities.

A number of companies and businesses retailing home and housing facilities; furniture, decor, gardenia, gadgets, kitchen and bedroom stuff filled up Sheraton Hotel gardens showcasing their commodities and services regards housing, construction and accommodation.

The housing and property expert, Edwin Musiime emphasized that the event was meant to expose the new and improved housing facilities for the urban residents to upgrade the home lifestyles.

“This the 3rd edition since 2016, and this season we are aiming at access to quality, new and improved housing facilities and services,”Edwin-homes and property presenter on NTV expressed himself about the purpose of this year’s expo.

Enabling and ensuring access to these facilities, “all exhibitors today have decided to give discount offers to all most every commodity or service deal closed,” directly since there are no middle men he said.

Additionally, the exhibition is “still ongoing from today through Saturday,” Musiime encouraged those occupied on working days besides having time to bargain for a better deal.

The exhibition is dominated by home gardenia; floriculture and art crafts, home security and washroom technology. To many attendants the technology infused in smart doors and smart toilets.

“We have a number of exhibitor with tremendous technology on smart doors and automatic washroom stuff,”Edwin, the expo organizer noted.

Other housing facilities that took people’s attention were; smart table umbrellas, indoor-money-flower, water flowers and standard condos, apartments and accommodation services.

The three days exhibition is free of charge entry to the general public starting daily at 10am till 8pm.
