Retired Archbishop Livingstone Mpalanyi Nkoyoyo has died.
The Anglican Reverand passed on today Friday 5th January 2018, at about 11:40am at Kampala Hospital where he had been admitted.
Nkoyoyo has been battling cancer of the throat and has been under going treatment since December 2016.
Nkoyoyo was the third Uganda archbishop after Silvanus Wani 1980–1984, Yona Okoth 1984–1995. He handed over in 2004–2012 to Henry Luke Orombi. The archbishop today is Stanley Ntagali.
