Proprietor of Haloha Brand Architects, the organizers of the Uganda Entertainment Awards Ronald Kabuye alias Kabz Haloha is not new to debt-related scuffles.
It is thus not a surprise that he is head-deep, involved in yet another. Rumor mill has it that Silk Events pulled out from the Uganda Entertainment Awards because of failure to clear his arrears.
According to sources, the overtly boisterous Kabz Haloha was dilly dallying instead of paying deposit.
“He also is arrogant for a person asking for favors. He talks with uttermost disrespect. Maybe Silk would have helped him but he is very unprofessional and uncouth in all his deliberations, ” relayed a close source
